This folder contains copies of a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the Pulaski Day Dinner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his speech Senator Kennedy discusses United States policy towards Poland, communism in Poland, and influence of the Soviet Union in Eastern Europe. Senator Kennedy also remarks on an amendment to the Battle Act that would create economic tools to promote change behind the Iron Curtain.
