This folder contains handwritten notes and doodles by John F. Kennedy that were collected and transcribed by his secretary, Evelyn Lincoln. Materials consist of notes by Senator Kennedy on a schedule of witnesses for a U.S. Labor Sub-Committee Hearing; notes taken during a telephone conversation; notes taken in connection with his appearance on the CBS television show “Omnibus;” notes taken during a discussion of a fishing bill in the Senate; notes taken during a discussion of U.S. foreign policy; notes on labor and foreign policy legislation under consideration; a statement with annotations by Kennedy for Polish Constitution Day; notes for the Cardinal Spellman Award; and notes by Kennedy and his wife, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy, for statements on behalf of Governor Adlai Stevenson.
