Description
Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s remarks at a luncheon in honor of President Adolfo López Mateos held at the Hotel María Isabel in Mexico City, Mexico. In his speech President Kennedy discusses the importance of strengthening relations between Mexico and the United States, and thanks the people of Mexico for the hospitality he and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy received during their visit. Remarks in Spanish delivered by the First Lady are not included in the recording.
