Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s telephone address to the Midwestern Democratic Conference held in French Lick, Indiana. In his remarks President Kennedy discusses the importance of electing Democratic candidates in the Midwest during the upcoming 1962 Congressional elections. The recording also contains remarks from Indiana Governor Matthew E. Welsh.
