Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s remarks to the White House Conference on Narcotics and Drug Abuse in the State Department Auditorium. In his speech President Kennedy addresses the increasing abuse of non-narcotic drugs, and discusses the need to eliminate the illicit trafficking of drugs and to restore rehabilitated drug users to society.
