This folder contains miscellaneous Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) material that was presumably collected by Joseph J. Walka, assistant to the chairman, soon after he assumed the position. Items include a U.S. Chamber of Commerce publication on Selected Antitrust and Trade Regulation Issues (10 July 1963); charts of the gross national product and national income; and a speech by Walter W. Heller titled "The Challenge of Taxation in the American Economy" (14 August 1963).
