The program was broadcast on December 4 and 6, 1963, and contains excerpts (voiced over in German) from the following speeches by President Kennedy: Inaugural Address, January 20, 1961; Radio and Television Report to the American People on the Soviet Arms Buildup in Cuba, October 22, 1962; Commencement Address at American University, June 10, 1963.
