Kennedy and others during Kennedy's service as Representative for Massachusetts's 11th district in the United States Congress, as well as his campaign for the United States Senate. The bulk of the correspondence relates to the state's Jewish community, the Representative's political positions on Israel and Palestine, and campaign strategy. The folder also includes a copy of Kennedy's speech at the Kehilath Jacob Award Dinner in Boston, Massachusetts.
