"Al" Simpson of Wyoming debate the U.S. Army's decision to give the Congressional Medal of Honor back to William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody. The medal had been revoked in 1917 due to amended qualifications for the award. The episode aired on Friday, August 18, 1989, on the Mutual Broadcasting System.
