Materials include correspondence between the President and Prime Minister of Canada Lester B. Pearson regarding the Limited Test Ban Treaty (LTBT); and a memorandum to the President from L.J. Legere, Assistant to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maxwell D. Taylor, regarding the chronology of developments in Canada with a nuclear weapons test ban agreement.

Diefenbaker regarding a nuclear test ban agreement. Of note is a telegram from the President to Diefenbaker concerning the presence of the Soviet Union in Cuba.
