"Al" Simpson of Wyoming debate a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that federal judges may order local governments to increase taxes. This ruling resulted from a Missouri case in which a federal judge ordered a tax increase to pay for racial desegregation of a local school system. The episode aired on Wednesday, June 6, 1990, on the Mutual Broadcasting System.
