Items include a paper on the history and functions of the (British) National Economic Development Council; a booklet by Alex Moeller titled "Monetary Policy and Foreign Affairs"; a document issued by the Council of Economic Advisers titled "Summary of Economic Developments in 1962 and Prospects and Policies for the Mid-1960s"; and speeches by Walter W. Heller before the Joint Economic Committee (28 January 1963) and before the Executives' Club of Chicago (8 March 1963). Note that this file contains some misfiled correspondence from 1962.
